in New York Chinatown in December 2004, as part of the expansion to our
Joe's Shanghai model.
Joe's Ginger serves Hong
Kong Style Shanghai cuisine. A style that combines the Western
influences with the traditional recipes. It also serves some of the
famous Joe's Shanghai's dishes - Cold Cuts; Shredded Turnip Shortcake;
Braised Duck; Lion's Head; Braised Pork Shoulder and of course, our
ever popular "Xiao Long Bao" or "Soup Dumpling". It comes in two
varieties - pork and crab meat with pork.
